Power Prayer Against Anxiety and Depression and a Declaration of Authority Over The Mind

Father,

I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of my faith, in whom I have access to your throne of unsurpassing glory and in whom I have life - life most abundantly.

It is written in Hebrews 4:16 that I can come "boldly before Your throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in my time of need." And Father, I am in need. Father, you are the rock, the rock that is higher than I. I need Your mercy. I need your presence. I need your divine intervention. Psalm 9:10 says, "Those who know Your name trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You."

You told me to cast all my cares upon You because You care for me. So right now, Lord, I cast my broken heart and all my fears and anxiety, depression and despondency onto You. I thank You that You love me and that You care deeply about me.

Father, I come out of agreement with the spirit of fear, anxiety, double mindedness, cloudy vision, confusion, heaviness, and depression. You are not the author of confusion, but of power, of love and of a strong mind.

I submit my will to You, in the Name of Jesus

I submit my emotions to You, in the Name of Jesus

I submit my mind, my entire existence to You, in the Name of Jesus

Father, I am Yours.

I declare that I have the mind of Christ and I am an imitator of God. Because there is no confusion, fear, anxiety, despondency, or depression in the mind of Christ, I confess that my mind is tuned to His frequency and I feed upon his precious, holy, written word.

Therefore, I confess:

I am called in Christ (Rom. 1:6).

I have redemption in Christ (Rom. 3:24).

I reign in life by Christ (Rom. 5:17).

I am alive unto God through Christ (Rom. 6:11).

I have eternal life through Christ (Rom. 6:23).

I am a joint heir with Christ (Rom. 8:17).

I am sanctified in Christ (1 Cor. 1:2).

I have victory through Christ (1 Cor. 15:57).

I triumph in Christ (2 Cor. 2:14).

I am a new creature in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17).

I am the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor. 5:21).

I have liberty in Christ (Gal. 2:4).

I assume my rightful place, and take every thought captive, and subject every false imagination, and everything contrary to Your will to the will of Christ.

I pull down every stronghold, in the Name of Jesus.

I declare and decree that the power of the Word of God is being established in my mind and shall reign for ever.

Father, heal my heart, fill my cup and let it overflow. Where there is trauma, replaced it with a sense of peace. Where there is anger, let let love prevail. Where the spirit of rejection once stood, let it be filled with thanksgiving and praise. I declare that I was fearfully and wonderfully made. I declare that my God is working out a good thing in me. I declare that the Lord is not finished with my yet. My better days are ahead, in the Name of Jesus.

I invite you, o Mighty God, to take over my soul, my body, my spirit - the clay in the potters hands, molded and fashioned for divine service.

Father, as I imitate you, and as I seek to have the mind of Christ, I forgive just as you have forgiven me. I forgive everyone who has every hurt me, harmed me, abuse me, cause me pain and who has taken advantage of me, knowingly or unknowingly. I let them go now, and I release all judgements to you. Unforgiveness is a spiritual cancer, and I have no business with the demon of cancer. There is no room in my life for unforgiveness, bitterness, anger or resentment.

I am a child of God. I am an imitator of Christ. I have godliness profitable unto all things.

I plead the blood of Jesus, the blood of the eternal covenant, over my mind, my will, my soul and my emotions. I close every trap door and back door through which the enemy might come in and I keep my house filled with the presence of the Holy Ghost.

I renounce the power of darkness, in the Name of Jesus.

I renounce all forms of iniquity done by myself or my ancestors, in the Name of Jesus.

I renounce sexual immorality, in the Name of Jesus.

I renounce witchcraft and all forms of idolatry, in the Name of Jesus.

I repent for my iniquities, in the Name of Jesus.

I break and severe all ungodly soul ties, in the Name of Jesus...

I declare access denied to every work of darkness that would try to exploit wounds, trauma, or vulnerable places in my life. I quench every fiery dart of the enemy in the name of Jesus.

Lord, I resist the enemy now. I resist depression, anxiety, fear, confusion, torment, and heaviness. I break their hold over my mind, emotions, relationships, sleep, dreams, and future. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment is condemned.

I take back my peace in the Name of Jesus Christ.

I take back my joy in the Name of Jesus Christ.

I take back my sanity in the Name of Jesus Christ.

In the name of Jesus, I declare that the my home is the property of heaven, that my home is tuned to the frequency of God. Every spirit of darkness, of mind games, of anxiety, and depression must vacate. I plead the blood of Jesus over home and my mind.

I shall sleep well. I command the power of darkness to leave. I asked, O Lord, that my dreams be protected, my peace sealed and that I receive restoration of a sound mine.

Father, make every hidden thing come to light. Father, reveal anything that is a hindrance, preventing me from fully communicating with You. Show me any object in my home that does not belong to you. I fully consecrate myself and my household to You.

You are my fortress.

You are my rock, the rock that is higher than me.

You are my strong tower.

You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit—fear has no place here, anxiety has no accommodation, depression is not welcome.

I declare freedom over my mind in Jesus Name.

I declare Freedom over my emotions in Jesus Name.

I belong to You Jesus.

I love You Jesus.

I command every tormenting voice to be silent in the name of Jesus. Every spirit rooted in trauma, abuse, fear, or mental torment—go now. Every spirit of confusion, heaviness, mind-control, and mental bondage—leave in Jesus’ name.

I receive deliverance right now in Jesus Name.

I receive healing right now in Jesus Name.

I receive restoration right now in Jesus Name.

I will not die, but live.

I will live and glorify the name of the Lord.

I declare that hope, life, clarity, and peace are my portion.

Where my soul has been fractured, restore it. Where my heart has been wounded, heal it. Where I have soul wounds align me with Your purpose. Jesus is my healer! He is my Jehovah Rapha!

Father, restore balance to my mind and brain. Restore order where there has been disorder. Heal every every soul wound. Let the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard my heart and my mind through Christ Jesus. Lead me into paths of righteousness.

I am Yours, Lord.

My mind is Yours.

My life is Yours.

My home is Yours.

Thank You for Your peace.

Thank You for Your love.

Thank You for Your presence.

Thank You for Your power.

Not by my might, not by my power—but by Your Spirit.

Declaration and Authority Over the Mind

In the name of Jesus Christ,

I take my place in the authority You have given me as a child of God.

By the power of the blood of Jesus and the authority of His name,

I command every damaged mind-spirit—every spirit rooted in trauma, abuse, fear, or shock—to go now, in Jesus’ name.

I break the power of controlling spirits and every influence that has operated through people, circumstances, or manipulation.

Where control has been stolen from me, I declare that bondage broken now, in Jesus’ name.

I come against every mind-blocking spirit that causes confusion, restriction, and limitation.

Every spirit of insanity, confusion, and instability—go now.

Every mental blockage, leave in the name of Jesus.

Every constricting spirit, every python spirit, every spirit of divination—I bind you and cast you out now in the name of Jesus Christ.

Python spirit, unwrap and release now.

Unwrap from my mind, my emotions, my body, and my breath—now, in Jesus’ name.

I command every manifestation of that spirit—weariness, fatigue, heaviness, confusion, frustration, and pressure—to lift now.

Any pressure on my chest, leave now.

Heaviness, sorrow, grief, and depression—come out in the name of Jesus.

Every beguiling, seducing, and deceptive spirit—expel now.

Every unsoundness of mind, go now.

I declare freedom from mental torment.

I command every tormenting voice to be silent now in the name of Jesus.

Any voice that is not the voice of the Holy Spirit—I command you to stop and go now.

Where my mind has been under attack since childhood, I declare that attack ended now.

I break it off my life and off my generations in the name of Jesus.

Every curse spoken over my mind, I break it now.

Every spirit of dead works—go.

Every open door that allowed sin, trauma, or demonization into my mind—I close that door now in the name of Jesus Christ.

Father, I repent for every open door.

I break every agreement with the enemy.

I command every spirit of addiction and bondage to loose me and let me go now.

All open doors to witchcraft are closed now in Jesus’ name.

I renounce every unclean spirit and every operation of darkness against my mind.

I cast down every stronghold and every lie that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

I declare out loud:

I receive deliverance in my life in Jesus Name.

I receive deliverance in my mind in Jesus Name.

I receive deliverance in my brain in Jesus Name.

I break off mind control and mind manipulation in the name of Jesus.

Ungodly thoughts—wicked, destructive, condemning, and suicidal thoughts—go now in Jesus’ name.

I declare that I will live and not die.

I rebuke every spirit of hopelessness and depression.

Low mood, sadness, despair, and grief—go now.

I declare hope, life, purpose, and destiny.

I rebuke self-pity, self-hate, self-rejection, and self-focus.

Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of death—leave now.

Every morbid, despondent, and distorted thought—go.

Every cobweb in my mind, clear out now.

Every lie telling me I am useless, worthless, or forgotten—I break you now.

Doors of blessing, open now in the name of Jesus.

Every blocking spirit hindering my blessing—loose and go.

I declare that every yoke of the enemy is destroyed by the anointing of God.

Every thought that is not from God—I break it now.

I trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy.

Everything is under my feet in the name of Jesus.

I come against every personality disorder and every spirit behind it.

Every form of double-mindedness, fragmentation, confusion, and instability—leave now in Jesus’ name.

I declare:

I have a sound mind.

I have the mind of Christ.

I am stable, steadfast, unmovable, and firm in my faith.

Every demon that entered through trauma, abuse, neglect, or rejection—I command you to go now.

Every fractured identity and shattered place in my soul—be made whole now in the name of Jesus.

Father, heal every torn place.

Heal the inner child.

Heal the wounded soul.

Restore my identity and wholeness by Your Spirit.

I rebuke every spirit of fear in Jesus Name.

Fear has no place in the temple of the Holy Spirit.

God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

I declare the peace of God—surpassing all understanding—is filling my heart and my mind now through Christ Jesus.

Anxiety, panic, worry, and tormenting thoughts—go now in Jesus Name

Insomnia caused by fear, I break your power in Jesus Name

I declare my sleep restored in Jesus' Name

Rest and peace guard my nights in Jesus’ name.

I command every spirit of mental illness to come out now in the name of Jesus.

Every mental affliction—go now.

Father, restore balance and divine order to my brain.

Heal every neuron, pathway, and function.

Where trauma caused imbalance, I declare restoration now.

I will not live under mental torment any longer.

I have the mind of Christ.

I am covered in the peace of God.

Father, I bind and rebuke every spirit of confusion.

Every lying voice contradicting the Word of God—be silenced now.

I will not be double-minded.

Anchor me in truth, Lord.

Fix my heart on You.

Let every voice that is not the Holy Spirit be silent now.

I declare clarity over my thoughts, sharp discernment, sound judgment, and emotional stability.

Every spirit of torment that entered through fear, shame, or guilt—come out now in Jesus’ name.

I stand free in Jesus Name.

I remain free in Jesus Name.

And I give You all the glory.
